Artificial intelligence is not software. It's an architecture.
A doctrine, research, products, an ecosystem and a long-term vision. Synchronia Labs designs, deploys and operates sovereign AI systems for Algerian companies and institutions — and, in time, internationally.
In practice: we design, build and evolve your intelligent systems — ERP, vision, agents — deployed on your premises, operational from day one.
AI isn't a product. It's an infrastructure.
Most AI solutions answer a single need: a chatbot, OCR, an assistant, an automation. Synchronia Labs takes a different approach. We design cognitive systems able to perceive, understand, reason, decide, act and learn within their environment — where each module (vision, agents, memory, orchestration, and tomorrow robotics, IoT, Digital Twin) works as an organ of a single intelligent organism. We don't develop an application: we build the infrastructure that lets your intelligent applications exist.
We don't build AI applications. We engineer the cognitive systems that make them possible.
The engineering of cognitive systems.
Applied research position — Synchronia Labs, Algiers.
The problem isn't intelligence. It's integration.
The past decade produced remarkable models — but isolated ones. Each perceives, or reasons, or speaks, or decides. None lives in an environment, with lasting memory and acts that commit. The real obstacle for organizations is no longer a model's performance: it's the absence of an architecture that holds perception, reasoning, memory, decision and action together.
A model is a part. A system is an organism.
We study the system, not the model.
Synchronia Labs does not seek to train a better foundation model — that is the field of players with vast compute. Our research object is cognitive architecture: how to orchestrate existing models, add persistent memory and structured reasoning, and turn them into systems that perceive, decide and learn reliably, traceably and reproducibly.
Sovereignty is a design constraint, not an option.
An intelligent system that depends on a remote API is not under control: it can vanish, change price, or expose data. We design for local execution — on the organization's hardware, its data within its walls. Far from a handicap, this constraint forces a more rigorous architecture and directly serves institutions for whom sovereignty is non-negotiable.
Proof precedes promise.
A cognitive system that acts must be verifiable by the one subject to it. Our work makes traceability the first principle: signed agents, replayable decisions, cryptographic proof chains. We don't ask for trust — we make it controllable. And we display the real state of each system: what runs, what is in progress, what remains a hypothesis.
What cannot be verified is not a result.
An architecture must learn to last.
A frozen system becomes obsolete. We design evolving architectures — that observe their environment, memorize, adjust and improve their decisions over time. Memory is not a cache: it's the organ that turns repeated execution into acquired skill.
What we do not claim
- We don't build a competing foundation model — we orchestrate the existing.
- Our perception and robotics systems (vision, swarms, IoT, digital twin) are research programs in development, not finished products. We say so.
- To date, Synchronia Labs is carried by a single architect. A strength for coherence, a limit for scale — and the reason for this call to collaborate.
- Our deployed results are real but still few. We prefer four verifiable proofs to forty announcements.
We don't create an intelligence.
We design the systems that make it livable.
What we do for you.
We believe AI shouldn't be a string of cloud-dependent tools, but a strategic infrastructure — controlled, explainable and sovereign. Synchronia Labs was born to design this new generation of intelligent systems.
End to end, one method.
What sets us apart.

AnaHybrid — the sovereign cognitive engine.
Persistent memory · hybrid reasoning · local execution
Operational prototype — evolvingMost AI systems forget. With every query, the model starts from scratch. AnaHybrid explores the opposite hypothesis: a local intelligence with a memory that lasts, that consolidates experience into knowledge, and reasons over what it has lived — without ever depending on the cloud.
The hypothesis
A cognitive architecture with tri-layer memory, running on local hardware, can reach a continuity and contextual relevance that a memoryless model cannot — while keeping data sovereign.
The architecture
A vertical flow links the layers: the episodic consolidates into the semantic, the semantic distills into the conceptual — the mechanism by which repeated execution becomes a skill.
What's proven
- The engine runs locally, on GPU, with no cloud call.
- The three memory layers are implemented and queried.
- Operational semantic search (FAISS + structured storage).
- Memory-first routing: the system consults its history before answering.
What's still open
- Automatic episodic → conceptual consolidation at scale.
- Quantitative evaluation on reproducible benchmarks.
- Scaling up: more context, more memory, more compute.
- Multi-domain and multi-agent generalization.
Why this programme seeks partners
The prototype works — on modest hardware. Its full potential (long memory, deep consolidation, rigorous evaluation) demands a step up in compute that an isolated workstation can't provide. That's exactly the point of the collaboration sought: turning a running hypothesis into a measured, publishable result.
What runs, not what we promise.
No wall of logos. Real systems, one precise fact each — verifiable.

The QR isn't an image.
It's a proof.
Trust shouldn't depend on a person — it should be guaranteed by the system. Synchronia Trust is the infrastructure that lets a business, a shop or an administration know, with certainty and without relying on anyone's word: who, what, when, where, why, and validated by whom.
Don't just scan a QR code. Verify a truth.

The problem
A receipt can be forged. A ticket copied. A document imitated. Today, nothing proves to whoever receives a paper that it's authentic — they trust, or they don't. Synchronia Trust replaces that blind trust with a checkable proof: a cryptographically signed code anyone can verify in a single scan.
The trust process
Signing (02) and verification (05) — the two steps nobody does — are the heart of Synchronia Trust.
The trust QR, in every form

- HMAC-signed receipts — already real
- Continuous proof chain

QR payment — a horizon, not a promise
QR payment is a regulated field. Our job isn't to move the money, but to prove the transaction: the verifiable receipt. By mastering the trust QR in all its forms today, Synchronia Trust builds the architecture that will make that step natural — the day an institution entrusts us with a payment system, we'll already be eligible and ready.
The Trust architecture
Three pillars — Identity, QR, Signature — powered by our real products, unified by a verification API. It's the foundation the other Synchronia systems rest on.
What already runs
- HMAC receipt chain in production in SyncrOmra.
- SynchroniaQR built (menu, ordering, kitchen).
- Signed, traceable agents (SASS standard).
- Proven cryptographic signing and verification.
What's being built
- Unified Trust platform (Identity · QR · Signature).
- Verification API open to third parties.
- Trust Commerce for businesses and administrations.
- AI-assisted verification.

Becoming the benchmark for digital trust
Verifiable trust is becoming a standard. Synchronia Trust intends to be its benchmark — for shops, businesses, administrations, universities, hospitals, industry, transport and airports. Do you need traceability, authentication or tamper-proof receipts?

SynchroniaBrain explores the opposite: a single cognitive core — perception, planning, decision, coordination — able to drive several bodies. One brain, many machines. It's a research programme, not a finished product yet — and we say so.
